Once we receive your phone call or e-mail, our helpful and knowledgeable staff will answer all of your questions and help you schedule a free in-home design consultation and product demonstration.

In-Home Consultation:
One of our highly-trained shutter design experts will come to your home and clearly explain all of your options to help you find the best design for your specific house.

Our experts will show you how custom shutters are different from most window coverings: they are permanently attached to your windows. Because of the many different types of window frames, window styles, and personal preferences in décor, Supreme has developed many different options for framing, finishes, colors (including color matching), materials, and hardware.

We provide you with a first-class education in shutters so that you can make an informed decision – even if you don’t end up getting your shutters from us. If you decide to move forward with Supreme, we will set up an appointment for our installers to create a blueprint of your custom shutters.

Shutter Sales Appointment:
At the sales appointment, one of our sales staff will come out to your home and take exact measurements of your windows. We don’t sell “one-size-fits-all” shutters; our shutters are precisely made for your windows, and the end result will look like it was built into your home originally.

Supreme does not use unreliable or inexperienced sub-contractors like some other companies do. Our installers undergo at least six months of training before their first installation!

Design and Production:
After your measurements are taken, our production department takes over. Their first step is a thorough scrutiny of the original order form as compared to the shutter: they verify that the design selected is the best one for the window, and that all the information needed has been collected. This is a crucial step to ensure that your shutters function properly.

Once the order has been verified and entered into our exclusive, proprietary shutter-manufacturing software, your shutters are hand-built by experienced shutter craftspeople. We employ a manufacturing methodology that emphasizes quality while still providing one of the fastest turn-around times in the industry. Our manufacturing software ensures that your shutters are built on time.

Installation:
Our installer returns with your finished shutters within two to three weeks. The installer performs a professional, thorough, expert installation of your shutters, and is courteous and clean about his work.

Customer Service:
Here’s where Supreme really shines. We’ve been in business since 1995, and we vow to treat every customer as if they were our only customer.
